area serves multiple purposes and probably gets the most use of any
area of the facility. The challenge is to make this area as efficient as possible.
In reviewing your treatment area needs, take the following into account:
• As the busiest area, the key is to design a traffic flow pattern that makes sense for how
you work. This can be difficult since the area is multi-functional, making good planning
even more important.
• A multi-functional area can mean a clutter of supplies. Consider roll around carts which
keep supplies within easy reach and organized.
• Proper lighting makes your task easier and reduces eye fatigue.
